MOUNT VERNON — Gavin Patrick hit the go-ahead basket with five seconds remaining in overtime as Kamiak defeated Mount Vernon in a Wesco 4A game. Tyler Nielsen paced the Knights with 15 points. Casey Leek led the Bulldogs with a game-high 23 points in the loss.
