SEATTLE -- Infamous ex-teacher Mary Kay Letourneau, who had sex with her sixth-grade student, is back in jail in Seattle.
KIRO-TV reported that she was arrested Sunday night and booked into the King County Jail early Monday for failing to appear in court for a suspended driver's license case. She was held with bail set at $5,000.
The Burien teacher made headlines in the 1990s when she was convicted of raping the 12-year-old boy. She served a prison sentence and married her former student, Vili Fualaau, in 2005 when he was 22.
