Everett vs. Seattle lineup notes

EVERETT

Scratches: Betker, Khaira, Petryk, Mappin, Fonteyne, Mueller, MacDonald, Skapski.

Notes: Everett has four players still away at NHL camps as forwards Reid Petryk and Jujhar Khaira and defenseman Ben Betker are with the Edmonton Oilers, while defenseman Mirco Mueller is with the San Jose Sharks. Center Ty Mappin is home for the weekend to attend a wedding, while winger Mitch Skapski has been out with an unspecified injury.

SEATTLE

Forward lines:

Lipsbergs-Barzal-Hickman
Eansor-Holub-Pederson
Folk-Swenson-Kolesar

Defensive pairings:
Foulk-Smith
Wolf, Douglas, Bear and Wardley are the other four, they were cut off by the copier.

Scratches: Forberg, Elliot, Theodore, Sheen, Hauf, Fordyce.

Notes: Seattle has three players still at NHL camps, those being winger Mitch Elliot (Vancouver) and defensemen Shea Theodore (Anaheim) and Jared Hauf (Philadelphia). Overage defenseman Jesse Forsberg is not in the lineup tonight. Goaltender Logan Flodell is also listed as a scratch, but he's been reassigned as Seattle gets down to three net minders.
