Chow down

Many chain restaurants across the nation now post calorie counts and other nutritional information on their menus.

In many cases, the calories counts are required by government regulation, And at Claim Jumper, the restaurant chain noted for enormous serving sizes, regulators may also order additional disclosures, such as "This Entree Could Feed an Entire Village in Sub-Saharan Africa for One Day."
