Burger King employee stabbed, robbed in Shelton

SHELTON -- Police say a Burger King employee in Shelton was stabbed early Friday by a man who fled with her car.
The Olympian reported the woman was taken to Mason General Hospital then transferred to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia in critical condition.
Police found the car. A short chase ended with the driver crashing into a pole. The 18-year-old Shelton man was booked into the Mason County Jail for investigation of attempted murder and robbery charges.
