Stress. It's everywhere. We get stressed just thinking about what stress is doing to us.
The Women's Wellness Center is here to help with a Women's Health Forum from 5 to 7:30 p.m. May 23.
"It's Your Time: Tips and Tools for Navigating Stress" offers discussions with health experts, including mental health counselor Shobhna Hendry and Gail Buquicchio, a naturopath.
A light meal of summer salads will be included in the $10 fee, which supports women's health services.
Register at the Women's Wellness Center, 2817 Rockefeller Ave., Everett, call 425-259-9899, or go to the website, www.womens wellnesscenter.org.
This event is sponsored by the center along with Hope Heart Institute, Office on Women's Health and Everett School Employee Wellness Program.
