Reports of person jumping from ferry investigated

MUKILTEO -- The Washington State Patrol is investigating reports that someone jumped from a ferry near Mukilteo late Sunday evening.
The incident was reported just after 10 p.m. on the Cathlamet ferry that was headed from Mukilteo to Clinton.
The person had not been located as of Monday morning, according to a State Patrol memo. No details about the person's age or gender were available.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call detectives at 360-654-1200.
