Providence Regional Medical Center Everett's new tower reaches 197 feet in the air.

If history is any indicator, Snohomish County’s skyline is bound to change. Everett’s new high-rise hospital tower is also the county’s tallest building. The city’s downtown zoning allows even taller structures. Meantime, developers are seeking approval for 17-story waterfront condos near Woodway and a 13-story office building in Lynnwood. With collective attention turned upward, what better time to do a survey of the county’s tallest buildings? Navigate them on our map below or look through our gallery here.
